The City of St. Louis Refuse Division would like to remind residents with roll carts that the trash collection schedule will be adjusted to accommodate Independence Day observance on Friday, July 3, 2015.

 

The yard waste collection regularly scheduled for roll carts on Wednesday, July 1st is canceled due to the holiday.  Roll cart yard waste collection will resume on its regular schedule, Wednesday, July 8th

 

Residents who normally have their trash collected on Monday and Thursday will have their trash collected on Monday, June 29th and Wednesday, July 1st.

 

Residents who normally have their trash collected on Tuesday and Friday will have their trash collected on Tuesday, June 30th and Thursday, July 2nd.

Square Dance Lessons

Join LINDENWOOD LEFTS AND RIGHTS! Learn to square dance. Meet your neighbors in the 23rd Ward. Join in the fun. Get some exercise. Can you do this? If you can walk, you can square dance. Caller John Stuart will teach “Main Stream” Modern Western Square Dance.

Join us if you are a resident of Lindenwood Park and/or a 23rd Ward resident of Clifton Heights, Ellendale, and North Hampton. Singles, couples, children 12 – 18 years of age with a parent.

SUMMARY: VICTIM SAID DURING THE LISTED TIMES, PERSON(S) UNKNOWN STOLE A SINK AND COUNTERTOP THAT HE HAD IN STORAGE AT HIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. VICTIM SAID HE PLACED IT THERE APPROXIMATELY A MONTH AGO AND THAT SEVERAL PEOPLE DO HAVE ACCESS TO THE AREA.

THE SUSPECTS (B/M, 19-21 YRS. OLD, DARK RED SHIRT, UNKNOWN STYLE HANDGUN, B/M, 18-22 YRS. OLD, DARK COMPLEXION, UNKNOWN STYLE HANDGUN) EXITED THE WHITE VEHICLE THROUGHT THE BACKSEAT, POINTED GUNS AT THE VICTIMS AND FORCED THEM OUT OF THEIR CAR. BOTH CARS WERE LAST SEEN SOUTH ON WATSON FROM MAURICE.

SUMMARY: AN ON DUTY LIEUTENANT OBSERVED A W/F OPERATING A VEHICLE WITH A BROKEN WINDSHIELD. THE DRIVER OBSERVED THE LIEUTENANT AND SUDDENLY STOPPED, SHE THEN REVERSED HER DIRECTION AND PULLED INTO A DRIVEWAY. THE LIEUTENANT OBSERVED THIS AND MADE A U-TURN WHEN THE VEHICLE PULLED AWAY FROM THE DRIVEWAY AND DROVE AWAY. THE LIEUTENANT CURBED THE VEHICLE AND OBSERVED THE DRIVER TRYING TO HIDE SUSPECTED NARCOTICS AND PARAPHANALIA. THE SUSPECT WAS BOOKED AND CHARGED AS INDICATED.

SEARCH INCIDENT TO ARREST REVEALED ONE OF THE SUBJECTS TO HAVE SEVERAL MORPHINE PILLS IN HIS PANTS POCKET. BOTH SUBJECTS WERE BOOKED ACCORDINGLY.

Application for Appointment to Civilian Oversight Board
Please complete this application if you would like to be considered for appointment to the Civilian
Oversight Board (“COB”) of the City of St. Louis. Appointment to the COB requires nomination by the
Mayor and confirmation by the Board of Aldermen. A copy of this application will be provided to the
aldermen from your COB district, but you may also wish to contact your alderman directly to seek her or
his support.
The COB Ordinance requires every COB member to be fair and objective. Every COB member must
serve as a neutral party who does not favor a complainant or an accused police officer, and must make
decisions based only upon the facts and the evidence before them.
The COB Ordinance creates several qualifications for COB members including: the individual must be a
resident of the City of St. Louis; the individual must be at least 18 years of age; the individual must not
hold any public office; the individual must not be an employee of the City or the State of Missouri; the
individual must not have an immediate family member who is currently employed by the St. Louis
Metropolitan Police Department, and the individual must not have been convicted of a felony. Not more
than one member of the COB may be an individual who previously was a commissioned employee of a
municipal, state, or federal law enforcement agency.

support from community members.
Please be aware that this form will be treated as a public document, but your social security number and
birth date will be removed from any request for information. If you have any questions about the form,
